I would like to be a vendor at the fair and quarter auction. I agree to abide by all rules and policies listed in the guidelines. I agree to provide $100 retail value worth of product that will be used at auction. I will set up my table professionally. I understand staff from Change 4 the Kenai will be taking photographs throughout the even to use for future promotions, both in print and on social media. By submitting this form, I grant Change 4 the Kenai permission to use depictions of myself/my table space as appropriate.
Entry Deadline: August 1, 2015 or when table spaces are full.
1. Vendors will be provided a table to display their product. It needs to be covered with a tablecloth and set up professionally. Each vendor is responsible for taking down their table at the end of the evening.
2. The cost to register as a vendor is $100 retail value of product. Items may be combinations in a combination basket or individual. Please group or provide items in a minimum of $25.
3. Each vendor is responsible for inviting 3 additional people who will be expected to attend and help fill their table for the auction. We will provide 2 additional people per table. Invitations are included in the vendor packet. Gift bags for your table are encouraged (table of 6 including yourself).
4. Only one vendor for each commercial product line will be permitted.
5. Vendors may arrive beginning at 10am for vendor set-up.
6. Please note if you would like to provide additional items at your cost to be purchased by the event for door prizes, raffle and auction.
